Levels of Existence
There are different levels to my experience (mind, soul, being, what have you):
The surface level
- What others see
- May be a reflection of the middle layer, or may not
- With training, you can choose what this looks like.
- The “acting” layer
The middle layer
- The layer of the mind, where anxieties, hopes, stress, what-ifs live.
- Can be super turbulent.
The deep layer
- The layer of truth, of infinite calm.
- Deepest layer
- Our true nature
